Relaxation biosensors
Description
The team from Andrew York’s laboratory at Calico led by Maria Ingaramo developed a new category of fluorescence biosensors based on fluorescence relaxation and created a new pH sensor pH-Countdown. VAHEAT was used to calibrate pH-Countdown relaxation rate, which is strongly temperature dependent.
