Single-photon emitters

Description

The lab of E Wu from the Chongqing Institute of East China Normal University used VHAEAT to monitor the evolution of the PL spectrum over the temperature range of 303–373 K to investigate the temperature dependence of single-photon emitters. These emitters are an interesting candidate for the development of cost-effective quantum devices that operate at high temperatures.
