Thermo-responsive phase separation of DNA-droplets

Description

The lab of Andreas Walther from University of Mainz used VAHEAT to observe the droplet formation process and structural transformations during a heating cycle (25 → 85 °C). Population of droplets appears after 20 s at 85 °C, and successively, the spherical droplets grow and eventually undergo coalescence.
